- People want to make money!It’s true! Most likely that is why you joined or are looking to join. You have heard success stories of average people and you wanted to be one of them. Great! (This still can happen, by the way, you just need guidance.) People want to know that you are making money already, or that you can show them how to do so.
- People don’t join businesses; they join leaders! That’s right! The majority of people do not join a Network Marketing company because they really like the product, service, or even the pay plan. They are joining leaders. They are looking for someone to hold their hand and show them exactly what must take place in order for them to succeed in this industry. They want a guide. A mentor. A leader! They want to know how to sponsor, as well!
- Become a leader! Well, that’s a different story for a different time. Just know that if you want to dominate in this industry and sponsor tons of reps, you must learn to become a leader.
